I don’t think you could ever get bored in London. There is always so much to do from the tourist sites and shopping to exploring the many neighborhoods and cuisines. And on that last point, I’m pretty sure you could never go hungry in the English capital either.
I’ve been a lucky girl the last few years to attend the Bologna Book Fair for work. The university town is famous for its food and its gelato in particular is drool-worthy. I always make time before or after the day’s work to get a scoop or two or three so here are the shops I’ve been to that I’ve enjoyed.
Don’t be fooled by the sunny skies in the above photo. The sun may have been shining but it was super cold in New York when I visited a few weeks ago for work. I have a couple sets of thermal clothes that only see the light of day when I go to the Big Apple this time of year and those garments coupled with the good food I seek out helps me feel better about the weather. I’ll be the first to admit I’m a California wimp, okay? Here are some of the places where I found some good eats in New York.
