Photo Essay: The Land’s End Trail in San Francisco

Golden Gate Bridge

When my cousin Carl came into town to visit our family, he wanted to go on a hike. My family doesn’t do a lot of hiking but I was up for it because it was a refreshing change from taking visitors to the usual spots like Fisherman’s Wharf or Ghiradelli Square.

We decided to go for a walk on the Land’s End Trail which is near Ocean Beach and the Sutro Baths. It’s the perfect hike for beginners like me but still challenging with lots of stairs. All in all, it took us around 2 hours to go from one end of the trail to the other and back. It was a good workout and it was a beautiful day with lots of sunshine and fresh air. Here’s what my view looked like.
