The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum was one of my favorite places to visit in Boston. I had just finished reading a biography about Jackie O.’s career in publishing so I was especially interested in the museum inside the library that was all about her and JFK before and during their White House Years.
I loved the open and peaceful space out behind the museum where John’s boat was on display right by the water. I wish I could have seen the actual library itself because I just started reading Ernest Hemingway’s Moveable Feast and the original manuscript is housed in a section of the library dedicated to the writer. I would definitely recommend the Library to history buffs or anyone who wants to see something off the beaten path in Boston.
